Reporting a Concern
Anyone—whether internal or external to the organization—can report a concern.

All reports are reviewed by Omari group’s Legal and Compliance team. You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 5 business days, though we may follow up for more information if necessary.
Investigation and Response
Every report—regardless of who submits it—is taken seriously. We commit to:

Non-Retaliation Policy
No person, including the general public, will face retaliation for raising a concern in good faith.
If you feel unsafe or believe that someone is attempting to silence or retaliate against you after making a report, please contact us again at legal@omarigroup.net so we can ensure your protection and follow up as necessary.
